I first saw this video close to a year ago, and i thought it was WHOA SUPER DUPER AWESOME. Today, i saw it again and i still go WHOA SUPER DUPER AWESOME. Awesome awesome AWESOME. Lol. He sang it so beautifully!

It's David Cook singing Hello on American Idol 7 (date:3/4/08, theme: The 80's). The original artist who sang it is Lionel Richie (yes, nicole richie's dad - she's his adopted daughter). Well, David whipped out an electronic guitar and totally turned a POP ballad into a dark and emo ROCK ballad. And it sounds GREAT.

Isn't that just AWESOME?! The song is absolutely heart-melting right. He totally deserves the win!
