Have you tried eating those wonderful eggs at japanese ramen shops (e.g. Santouka)? Those that look like hardboiled eggs on the outside, but the yolk is soft and orange, and the whole egg tastes a bit...idk, salty? Cos of some seasoning or something?
Do you know how to cook it? Can anyone teach me? Cos despite my elaborate attempt, the egg failed to taste as heavenly as the ones in ramen shops!
Yes this was the one i cooked.
[My elaborate attempt included: using a timer, boiling water with a bit of salt first before putting egg in, poking a hole at the base of egg with a needle, and plunging the egg into ice water right after cooking. My mom said i siao lol.]
Basically, mine tasted like......an egg. Yeah. A normal blah egg, with the yolk a bit softer and not fully done. It's alright, but i dont like this kinda egg taste cos it makes me feel sick. I like eggs done in certain ways and eaten with certain food. Lol.
Believe me, there's a secret behind those japanese ramen eggs! Big big secret.
Anyway. I WANNA BAKE CAKES! But i dont have an oven! :(
And would you believe me if i say that i feel more in a holiday mood before+during my exams than after? Seriously. Now i feel blahhhhhhhh. Blah blah BLAH. You see, i even picked up blogging again right before my exams. Apparently, cos of stress. Lol. Okay i'm gonna blog often. It feels weird to look back and see so little entries, cos it seemed like my life was so blank.
Okay now my mind is blank hahahahhaa
