[Below is a student's experience with mcdonald's $2.50 salad many years ago:]

Dad: This salad costs $2.50?
Cashier: Yes, its stated on the menu.
Dad: I'm not paying $2.50 for this small bowl of vegetables. This is daylight robbery!
Cashier: Umm.. Sir, i do not set the price, thats just the price set by the company
Dad: Either way im not paying for it. Get me your manager.
(--- Enters Manager---)
Manager: Sir? Can i help you?
Dad: Do you know who am i?
Manager: Umm, sorry, no.
Dad: I am the customer. And the customer is always right. I am not paying $2.50 for this salad because it is outright daylight robbery. Here is 50cents.
