The flyer right across from us!




We saw a group of aunties line-dancing! So cute! Hahaha.


And we also saw a group of.....salsa-dancing (i think) people on our right (not in the pictures). The older line-dancing group of aunties were normal...but the salsa group was quite amusing. Cos there was one auntie wearing short skirt with her hair in 2 low pigtails...and another auntie wearing black translucent polka-dotted top. (I always say that weird-dressing ppl appear at night...it's true LOL.) But the salsa group sure can dance. They didn't care about people looking at them. And i gotta say, they looked like they enjoyed themselves LOTS. They made the rest of the people looked like a bunch of losers lol.




The magic show venue across from where we sat. See the two round orangey lights? That's where the magic show was. The magicians were chained+locked in a box....and the box was then dropped from that height. *Gasp* the magicians magically escaped! But i think char and i figured out how lol. That's why the magic show...a bit the blah... =X but the box dropped to the ground with a loud BANG. Okay la, entertaining haha.


And it was a few minutes to midnight.


Then countdown!


.....5, 4, 3, 2, 1! Happy new year!




We should really take lesser pictures of fireworks, and just admire the beautiful sight that's happening right in front of our eyes. These pics not taken by me haha XD




And then we made our way home...a long journey, cos there was so many people that we only reached the mrt station at 1am. It was a longg way home for me. I took the red line all the way from city hall and got home a bit after 2.30. But better than staying home! Hmmm maybe my next countdown's gonna be different.....


Btw...my last countdown with fireworks in crowded area was with char zyun etc at esplanade........after our o'levels XD
